Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have: 

Account?

Do I need an account to make an order?

  • I am very glad to tell you that, unlike most other websites in this industry, we DO NOT expect you to open an account to be able to make an order.

Ordering and Payment

Can I pay safely using a Credit or Debit Card online?

  • Yes - we take your card security very seriously indeed. Thats why we use Romancart and Paypal for all our online payment processing. They are both extremely secure systems and pride themselves on their record of online security.

Can I pay by cheque?

  • At the moment we do NOT accept payment by cheque but watch this space as we are always looking to enhance the experience for our customers.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • For the UK we always use Royal Mail First Class post so if you order before 2pm you could very well receive your item the next working day. To be on the safe side tough we do advise to allow 2-3 working days.
  • For Europe and Rest of the World we use Royal Mail also and to quote their website delivery times are "Usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the Rest of the World, following the day of posting"

How much is postage/shipping?

  • Unlike most websites out there we are proud to be different in that we openly display our postage rates and do not let you get to checkout before we hit you with the cost! We also like to keep it simple so take a look at our Postage page

Where can you deliver to?

  • We are very happy to accept orders from anywhere in the world. So whether you are in a small village in Vanuatu or in the centre of New York it doesn't matter - we will get your order to you.

Returning Goods

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

  • If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact us within 14 days by email at dandjmarketinguk@gmail.com   We will then be able to advise you what we can do to resolve the problem.

Can I return goods that I dont like?

  • We do accept returned items but they MUST arrive back with us within 14 days. ALL items MUST be in mint condition and in the packaging that they left our warehouse. This includes the wrapping on the meditation CD's.
  • Post them back (at your expense) to Returns Dept, Healing Holistic, 150 Sherwell Valley Rd, Torquay, TQ2 6ET, UK
  • Once the item arrives back with us undamaged, we will happily organize a refund of the actual item price to you (not postage costs). Please remember to put a note in the packet with your name and address on it.

What if part of my order is missing on arrival with me?

  • If your order is not complete when it arrives with you e.g if you ordered 2 of something and you only receive 1 please contact us asap at dandjmarketinguk@gmail.com  

Privacy

Will I start to receive loads of unsolicited emails after I have ordered from you?

  • We only send out emails occasionally to those people that have either ordered an item or who have given us their email details in order that they might obtain a free information item. These emails are to notify you of new products to our range. We may from time to time also send out emails regarding special offers.
  • We will NEVER sell, rent or give away your details to anyone.
  • You always retain the right to unsubscribe at any time should you so wish.

What if I am not happy?

What do I do if I have a complaint or a query?

  • We take complaints very seriously as we pride ourselves on giving not only an excellent product but also class leading customer service. If you find anything unsatisfactory please email us at dandjmarketinguk@gmail.com  and we will reply to you within 2 working days.

What do I do if I have any technical problems?

  • If you experience any technical problems while using our website please let us know at  dandjmarketinguk@gmail.com  and we will endeavour to put it right for you.
